Tristan Lehari has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Tristan began their career in 2007 as a Machine Engineer Assistant at Tecnico Machining & Tools. In 2008, they became a Production Supervisor & Process Engineer at General Motors. In 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at CREZ Basketball Systems Inc., as an Engineer at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and as a Project Manager/Lead Mechanical Designer at AHBM Systems Inc. In 2010, they Co-Founded Hockey Robotics and acted as Mechanical Lead. In 2013, they founded TritonWear and acted as Founder & CEO, as well as a Sustainable Development Researcher at Southern Cross University.

Tristan Lehari completed their education history with a High School Diploma from The Country Day School. Tristan then went on to obtain an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering, Cooperative Program from the University of Waterloo. Tristan then pursued a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technologies from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Tristan continued their studies with a Master of Sciences and Technologies in Project Management for Environment and Energy Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Nantes. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Industrial Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with a focus in Management & Energy.
