Lauren Klouda has extensive experience in marketing and online content management. Lauren started their career at the Independent Publishers Group in 2010 and has held various roles within the company, including Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing. During their time at IPG, they developed online marketing and advertising programs, significantly increasing web traffic and online sales. Lauren also worked with client publishers, authors, partners, and libraries to create engaging online content and marketing materials. Prior to IPG, Lauren worked as a Digital Marketing Manager, Online Services Manager, and Web Content Specialist, gaining experience in managing relationships with vendors, analyzing sales data, and overseeing online content and social media platforms. Lauren also has experience as a Marketing Specialist and Social Media Marketing Manager at Elite Electronic Engineering Inc. and as a Research Assistant at The University of Michigan.
Lauren Klouda attended Benet Academy from 2001 to 2005 but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time. Lauren then attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in English and Psychology.
