Ray Disch

Raymond Disch is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience across various industries. As the founder of Disch & Sons Distillers, LLC, operating under the name Sourland Mountain Spirits since 2015, Raymond established a craft distillery in the Sourland Mountain range. Since December 2009, Raymond has also been the founder and owner of Total Home Manager, providing home repairs, maintenance, and management services. In the real estate sector, Raymond has been an Associate Broker at Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty since March 2001, after previously founding and leading Disch Real Estate from 2006 to 2009 and serving as Executive VP at Trillium Realty Advisors from 2001 to 2006. Prior experience includes founding Power Works LLC and co-founding Triumph Brewing Co., New Jersey's original brewpub. Early career roles included positions in human resources at Merck & Co., teaching as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, and serving as a staff assistant at the US Department of Labor. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
