Before joining Triumph, Christapher served as Coordinator of Intramurals at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, overseeing sports activities and leadership training. Christapher holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
