Vikram Chati

Vikram Chati has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent role is as the Head of Design at Triumph since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for a significant duration, holding various positions including Head of Design for Servicing & Communications, UX Design Director - Digital Wealth Management, VP - UX Design Lead, VP, Senior User Experience Design Manager, VP, Senior UX Program Manager, Vice President, User Experience Design Manager, and Interaction Design Lead. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., they worked at MphasiS as a Senior Information Architect, leading programs and projects in user experience, creative services, and offshore business models. Vikram also played a key role in pioneering and building a creative offshore model for a large US Bank. Earlier in their career, they worked at Plexus Technologies as an Interactive Architect, where they led and coordinated the design team in delivering innovative designs for various clients by capturing requirements from target groups, trends, and business strategies.

Vikram Chati completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai from 1994 to 1997. Vikram then pursued a Diploma in Advanced Computer Arts from CDAC specializing in 2D/3D Animation, Multimedia, and Internet Technologies from 1998 to 1999.
