Gary Tenison has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Gary is currently the Group Vice President - Head of Strategy & Business Development at Triumph Group, where they oversee a $3.5 billion portfolio in integrated systems, aerostructures, and MRO. Prior to their current role, Tenison held positions at Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Eaton Aerospace, Tenison Engineering, Aero Systems Engineering, and UTC Aerospace Systems. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy, marketing, business development, and sales. Gary has successfully cultivated relationships with key industry clients and has been instrumental in growing opportunity pipelines. Tenison has also led various design, construction, and development projects, including the creation of a multi-million dollar test facility.
Gary Tenison earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Prior to that, they attended St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio from 1977 to 1980. In 1992, Gary pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing the program in 1993.
