Joel Bowman

Joel Bowman has a diverse background in engineering and operations management with experience spanning multiple companies. At Collins Aerospace, roles included Global Liaison Project Engineer, where Joel influenced product development by integrating global engineering teams and serving as the primary technical contact for customers. Subsequent positions involved Project Engineering, Senior Operations Manager for a manufacturing center in the Philippines, and Senior Program Manager overseeing customer support optimization. Currently serving as Director of Operations at TRIUMPH since September 2022, Joel is responsible for managing the SIOP process and leading various teams across multiple operational domains. Earlier experience as a Design Engineer at Hayward Pool Products involved designing and managing projects related to hydraulic performance. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
