Evan Rhodes

Evan Rhodes began their career in 2011 as a Lab Tech and Research Assistant at North Carolina State University. In 2013, they took on a Sales Associate role at Sweetwater Surf Shop. Evan then moved to Castle Branch, Inc. in 2014 as a Sales and Record Reviewer. In 2015, Evan joined Human Capital Solutions, Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Technology, where they built and maintained relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors. In 2021, Evan was hired as a Senior Recruiter at Axiom Path, where they were adept in hiring all levels within the organization and had a track record of success in sourcing top talent for important roles. Evan is currently employed at Triumph Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they have a 40+% outreach acceptance rate.
