Dr. Wolf Schmuhl

Dr. Wolf Schmuhl currently serves as CFO and Head of Corporate Finance & Development at trivago since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Schmuhl was Head of Finance & Controlling at Körber Pharma Consulting from June 2023 to February 2024, and held the position of Manager Group Controlling at Körber Pharma from March 2019 to May 2023. Dr. Schmuhl's earlier experience includes managerial roles in Transaction Services and Audit at Rödl & Partner between November 2013 and February 2019, and serving as an Offizier in the Bundeswehr from August 2001 to July 2013. Dr. Schmuhl holds a Chartered Accountant degree from ACCA, a Doctorate in Corporate Finance, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität. Additionally, Dr. Schmuhl studied at Central Connecticut State University.
