Karan Tohan

Karan Tohan has a diverse work experience in software quality assurance. Karan started their career at Morpho as a Student Assistant, where they tested smart cards and documented test cases. At trivago, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, supporting various projects and conducting exploratory testing. Karan then progressed to the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they tested backend endpoints and integrated APIs. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Lead, Software Quality Assurance at trivago, where they lead a team of QA Engineers, plans and executes QA initiatives, and spearheads a project to refactor and improve test automation code. Overall, Karan Tohan has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and has been involved in projects at both Morpho and trivago.

Karan Tohan obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Paderborn University in the years 2010-2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Punjab Technical University from 2005-2009. Additionally, they hold a certification in TOEFL from the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
