Stuart Fleming

Stuart Fleming is a trade-qualified Electrical Engineer specializing in switchboard manufacturing, control system design, and operational leadership. Currently, they lead the NSW operations of Trivantage Manufacturing, overseeing the lifecycle of custom-built electrical switchboards and control panels while managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. Throughout their career, Stuart has worked in various engineering roles, including positions at IMEA Pty Ltd., Nalco Water, and Eaton, where they contributed to significant projects in the water, wastewater, and industrial sectors. They hold an ONC in Electrical Engineering and an HNC in Mechatronics from Ayr Technical College.
