Elina Bampou

Elina Bampou is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Trive Capital since October 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Numis Securities from 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR for Investment Banking, Technology, and Operations, as well as overseeing learning and development initiatives and talent management processes. Previous roles include Executive Director/VP of HR Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, focusing on talent management and employee development across various divisions, and serving as an HR Transformation and Technology Consultant at PwC. Elina began their career in HR at Algorithmics, an IBM Company, and has also undertaken HR project work at Siemens AG. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge, Elina holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Business Management from King's College London.
