Payal Desai has worked in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2014. Payal began their career with FEP Search Group as a Team Leader - Food & Beverages and a Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive. In 2021, they joined Cynet Systems as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Ex Cynet as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are working with Triveni IT as a Corporate Human Resources Lead and a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Additionally, they are a Senior US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for Omm IT Solutions.
