Mala Rao

Mala Rao is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as a Senior HR Officer at Triveni Turbine Limited since July 2008, Mala has developed extensive expertise in HR functions. Prior to this role, Mala worked as a Trainee Secretary at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and as an Administrative Assistant at Fouress Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geography from Bangalore University, a diploma in Secretarial Practice from the Regional Vocational Institute for Women, Government of India, and an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education.
