Nilesh Bhise

Nilesh Bhise has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Nilesh started their career as an Engineer at Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, where they were responsible for coordinating the erection and commissioning of various power plant equipment. Nilesh then joined Jain Group as an Assistant Manager, where they handled the execution of power projects including WHRB Boiler, ESP, Steam Turbine, Cooling Tower, DM Plant, and other auxiliaries. After that, Nilesh worked at Triveni Turbine Limited as a Senior Engineer, managing site management activities and project execution for steam turbines. Nilesh then joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd as a Deputy Manager, where they were responsible for solar power projects for telecom companies. Most recently, Nilesh held the position of Manager at RNC, where they performed research, valuation analysis, and designed valuation models for plant and machinery assets. Currently, they are working at Triveni Turbine Limited as the Gujarat Regional Head, overseeing the aftermarket business for turbine spares and services, implementing business strategies, and achieving order intake targets.

Nilesh Bhise completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati from 2001 to 2005. Nilesh also obtained a High School Secondary Certificate (HSSC) from M.F.M. Junior College in Warud, Dist. Amravati from 1997 to 1999 and a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Jagrut Mahavidyalaya in Warud in 1996-1997.

Nilesh Bhise further pursued their education and earned a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Power Plant Engineering with a specialization in the Power Sector from SYNERGEM in Nagpur (M.S.), India. Additionally, they completed an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University in Gangtok.

Apart from their formal education, Nilesh Bhise has also obtained several certifications. Nilesh has completed various courses and obtained certifications in different areas such as Salesforce Administration, Account Management, Sales Techniques, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, Leadership Communication, and Project Management, among others. These certifications were obtained through online programs offered by LinkedIn Learning.
