Swamy's career progression includes roles such as Senior Manager and Purchase Manager, focusing on vendor development, raw materials procurement, and inventory control. Prior to Triveni Turbine Limited, Swamy held various purchasing and supply chain positions at Yuken India Limited, Maini Precision Products Limited, and ASHWIN Precision Products Private Limited, beginning with a foundation in engineering from PES College of Engineering. Key achievements include leading procurement strategies, developing vendor relationships, and overseeing logistics operations across multiple organizations.
