Vijay began the professional journey as an Engineer In Training at Fouress Engineering (India) Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KVG College of Engineering. Expertise spans modern project management methodologies, quality assurance, supplier selection, and training, supported by proficiency in various software tools.
