By centralizing all ventilator-dependent patients in one unit, rather than spread throughout the hospital, our team is located side-by-side with patients, increasing both access and rehabilitation frequency.
 Our results are equally uncommon, with the highest vent-weaning rates in the industry, fewer days in the hospital, and significantly lower readmission rates compared to traditional ICUs.
