Arturas Rainys

Principal, TGIF at Trivest Partners

Arturas Rainys is the current principal of TGIF at Trivest Partners. Prior to this, they served as the CFO of Blazent from May 2016 to May 2017 and as the Vice President of Finance at Sound United from March 2012 to May 2016. Arturas was also the Director of Corporate Development and International Sales at Directed Electronics from July 2005 to February 2012.

Rainys has extensive experience in finance, having played a key role in the sale of DEI Holdings, Inc. to Charlesbank Capital Partners and in the development of a joint-venture with Octo Telematics SpA. Arturas has also modeled future growth scenarios, completed covenant flexibility, cash flow, and debt pay-down analysis for capital structure options review and senior debt facility amendment negotiations.

Under Rainys's leadership, sales at Directed (DEI Holdings division) increased by 10% in Q4 ‘09 and 20% in ’10.

Arturas Rainys has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School, a Mergers & Acquisitions Executive Education Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology.
