Michael Osgood

Michael joined Trivest in 2023. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company management. Prior to joining Trivest, Michael was an associate at One Rock Capital Partners where he spent two years evaluating and executing complex transactions across the industrials, consumer and business services sectors as well as handling portfolio company responsibilities. Before his time at One Rock, Michael was an associate at Solamere Capital. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Credit Suisse after receiving his B.S. in Commerce, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia.
