Heather Smith-Petitt

Heather Smith-Petitt, PHR, is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TriVista, where Heather has served since September 2018, and is a participant in the APEX High Potential Leadership Program, focusing on personal development, leadership, firm growth, and operational excellence. Prior to TriVista, Heather held various roles at KTGY Architecture + Planning from April 2014 to September 2018, including HR Generalist specializing in talent acquisition and development. Heather's career began at AAA Auto Club Enterprises from February 2006 to April 2014, where the positions included Member Service Specialist II and various administrative roles. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, expected to graduate in June 2026.
