Katie Harshman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in the food and beverage, consumer goods, and industrial distribution sectors. Since August 2015, Katie has held multiple roles at TriVista, including Manager and Senior Consultant, where contributions have focused on over 230 M&A transactions and comprehensive operational due diligence across diverse geographic locations. Previous experience includes serving as a Microbiologist at Richter International, specializing in food safety, and as a Dispatcher for the Ohio State University Department of Public Safety, where responsibilities included monitoring security footage and supporting police investigations. Katie possesses a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt from the University of California, Irvine. FEMA certification for the National Incident Management System (NIMS) further enhances Katie's skill set in crisis management and operational efficiency.
