Adam Juhasz

Adam Juhasz currently serves as the Lead IT Service Manager and Product Owner for Global IT at Trivium Packaging, overseeing ITIL service management processes and the product management of the IT service management tool. Previously, Adam held the role of IT Operations Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included managing IT procurement processes and enhancing service management practices. Adam's experience includes roles at Norsk Hydro as a Specialist/Process Owner in Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management, and as an IT/IS Compliance Specialist, where a significant contribution was made to develop an IT compliance framework. Prior experience at Sapa involved roles such as IT/IS Compliance Coordinator and IT Operation Analyst. Adam's career began in academia as a Service Desk Analyst at Szent István University. Education includes a Master’s in Agricultural Economics and Management from Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem and a degree in IT Statistics and Business Planning from Európai Üzleti Polytechnikum.
