Beginning as a Project Engineer at Schmiede Roßwein, Emmanuel progressed through roles such as Quality Manager and Production Manager at Crown Closures GmbH, where significant achievements in quality improvements and system certifications were realized. Emmanuel's expertise grew further at Crown Nahrungsmitteldosen GmbH as Abteilungsleiter Metal Preparation Center, leading a plant dedicated to food can production. In recent positions at Trivium Packaging, Emmanuel served as Operations Manager, accountable for P&L and plant development, and as Operations Director managing multiple plants across Europe.
