Ibukun Kembi

Ibukun (KB) Kembi is an experienced Talent Manager currently at Trivium Packaging since October 2023, previously serving as Manager of HR/People Transformation at Kerry where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives for over 51 sites, focusing on attraction, retention, and employee engagement. At Mars, Kembi held multiple roles, including Regional Compensation Specialist and HR Automation Lead, contributing to HR process efficiency through automation and serving as a subject matter expert for HR transactional services across multiple regions. In addition, Kembi has experience in diversity and inclusion project management at Baker McKenzie and has held various positions in HR and organizational development throughout a diverse career, supported by a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
