Janusz Kurpiel

Janusz Kurpiel has extensive work experience in financial roles, primarily as a Financial Director. Janusz is currently working at Trivium Packaging since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board at QFG sp. z o.o. from November 2016 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as the Financial Director and Board Member at ZREW Transformatory S.A. from March 2013 to October 2016. Janusz also held the position of Financial Director at Ardagh Group from September 2011 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, Janusz worked at Impress as the Financial Director, Financial Controller, and Proxy from July 2006 to August 2011. Janusz also served as the Financial Controller at Bolix S.A. from February 2004 to June 2006. Janusz started their career at McCain Foods as the Plant Controller and later as the Quality Performance/Six Sigma Coordinator from April 1999 to January 2004.

Janusz Kurpiel attended the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Science Degree in the Economy of Industry. In 1996, they also completed ESL courses and a TOEFL Preparation Course at Baruch College in New York City. In 2006, Janusz received certifications in both MSR/IFRS accounting standards from the Polish Accountants Association and in Six Sigma training conducted by GE. In 2010, they obtained a mutual diploma in International MBI from the Krakow School of Business KUE and St.Gallen Business School. Additionally, in 2010 Janusz received certification in US GAAP in practice from the Trainings and Promotions Center SYSTEM.
