Jorgo Maatman

Jorgo Maatman has over a decade of experience in production and logistics management, currently serving as Production Manager at Trivium Packaging since January 2015, overseeing three production departments with 85 full-time employees. Responsibilities include managing the Coil Cutting, Coating, and Canmaking departments, leading a team of production shift leaders, a technical manager, a quality manager, and a process engineer. Previously held the role of Technical Manager in the same department, focusing on maintenance, technical projects, and process improvements. Prior to Trivium Packaging, Jorgo Maatman was a Logistic Manager at Dabeko, responsible for internal and external logistics. Jorgo Maatman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2010 and serves as a board member at Technicampus Deventer.
