Sam Antonissen

Sam Antonissen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and operational excellence, currently serving as Production Manager at Trivium Packaging since December 2017. In this role, Sam leads a production department of 90 full-time employees, focusing on both operational and financial performance, and spearheads continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Six Sigma Optimizer, where Sam implemented various methodologies to enhance performance and coach teams in using Lean Six Sigma tools. Sam's earlier experience spans positions at Wavin Group and Solving Efeso, supporting international operational excellence initiatives across multiple countries. Sam holds multiple Master's degrees from the University of Groningen, including specializations in Change Management and Technology and Operations Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
