Alisha Smith currently serves as Vice President of South Operations at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Alisha Smith had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from July 2015 to July 2023, where roles included Commander of a multi-campus organization overseeing over 1,400 medical professionals across 43 specialties and supporting operational medical care for more than 254,000 beneficiaries. Additional command responsibilities included leading 350 personnel in local healthcare coordination and managing a $12 million budget, as well as overseeing over 330 Squadron members in a critical multi-service market. Alisha Smith holds a Doctorate in Health Science and Global Health from A.T. Still University and is currently pursuing a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
