Harold McCracken

Harold McCracken has a strong background in internal audit and corporate compliance. Harold worked as the Vice President Internal Audit & Corporate Compliance at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, where they managed a team of auditors and compliance personnel. Harold also had direct reporting to the Audit Committee and the General Counsel. Prior to this, they were the Director Internal Audit & Government Relations at United Space Alliance, where they implemented the internal audit function and merged it with the AS9100 quality audit function. Harold served as the primary liaison for government audits and investigations. McCracken started their career at Lockheed Martin as the Manager of Internal Controls & New Business Phase-In. In this role, they were responsible for improving systems of internal control and overseeing the phase-in of new contract awards. Overall, McCracken has extensive experience in audit, compliance, and government relations.

Harold McCracken earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Harold attended this institution from 1978 to 1980.
