Linda Kemph

Linda Kemph is a skilled professional with extensive experience in training development and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Certified Notary Signing Agent since July 2020, Linda is NNA certified to conduct notary signings for mortgage loan documents and additional notary services. In the role of Manager of Training Development and Design at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since August 2016, Linda has demonstrated expertise in identifying learning and performance gaps through collaborative partnerships and conducting needs assessments. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Express Scripts, Linda applied the ADDIE Model to design and implement training programs that aligned with business objectives.
