Shannon Hanley has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as a Patient Service Representative at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since February 2017. Previous roles include Liability Claims Adjuster at GEICO and Billing & Coding Manager at Encompass Family & Internal Medicine Group. Shannon began a career in healthcare at Sharp HealthCare as a Patient Account Specialist and has held various positions, including Patient Liability Counselor/Biller III at UCSD Medical Group and ER Admitting Supervisor at Alvarado Hospital, LLC. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Grossmont College.
