David Poplawski

David Poplawski currently serves as Vice President of Construction at TriWire Engineering Solutions, Inc., a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, David was the Director of Field Engineering at Spectrum from December 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing Construction, Network Engineering, Fiber Engineering, and CAD departments across key market areas in New England and New York.
