In the past, Ryan worked as an XBOX Expert at Directly, providing expertise related to XBOX gaming. Ryan also served as a Helpdesk Team Leader at City Facilities Management UK, where they led a team and developed strong relationships to drive results. Prior to that, Ryan was a Service Desk Supervisor at ABM Industries, where they ensured a smooth Helpdesk experience for the Mark's and Spencer's network of stores.

Ryan's career began as a Social Media Specialist at Teleperformance, where they handled fast-paced and complex customer service issues for Sainsbury's. Ryan received excellence awards and participated in leadership advancement courses during their time there.

Ryan Clure began their education at North East Scotland College in 2007, where they pursued a degree in HNC Computing with a specialization in Computer Science. Ryan completed this program in 2008. Following this, they continued their education at the same college and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they pursued a degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design, earning an HNC qualification in this field by 2010. Additionally, in August 2020, they obtained a certification in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the SQA.
