Allison Roberts brings over 25 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as Chief Revenue Officer at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant Company, with expertise spanning strategy, operations, portfolio management and technology service delivery. In her position, she is responsible for customer success, business development and meeting global sales objectives through collaboration with payers, providers, channel partners, clients and prospective clients to increase efficiencies within revenue cycle processes. A results-oriented leader, she spearheads ideas and forms seamless partnerships with marketing and product teams to create creative solutions to solve diverse client needs. Her client-first approach is achieved by encouraging her associates to build long lasting relationships with clients to solve business issues so they can focus on providing quality care.
Allison also serves as an executive lead for the TriZetto Provider Solutions Ambassador Team, an internal group of associates focused on building and executing the company’s Heart for Service initiative. Prior to TriZetto Provider Solutions, she worked at a major insurance company as well as an independent physician’s group.
In her spare time, Allison stays busy watching her three daughters play soccer and is actively involved in her community through recycling and environmental conservation projects. She earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
