Keith Walton

Keith Walton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keith started their career at EVE Insurance in 1995 as a Programmer, where they automated the manual insurance underwriting process. Keith then worked as a Senior Analyst/Programmer at Sacramento County, OCIT as a contractor from 1997 to 2003.

In 2003, Keith served as a Software Development Consultant at HammerTap, where they rewrote their flagship product and switched the data source. Keith also worked as a Senior Analyst/Programmer at Intercare Insurance Services during the same year, where they completed a challenging project within a short deadline.

From 2004 to 2011, Keith was a Senior Applications Developer at NHXS. During this time, they developed web, Windows, and batch processing applications and services, as well as created a customer-facing RESTful API. From 2011 to 2012, Keith was the Chief Software Architect at NHXS, responsible for leading and training a team of developers, designing new systems, and enhancing a business rule engine.

Since 2012, Keith has been working at TriZetto Provider Solutions. Keith initially served as a System Architect, working on integrating products and services with other divisions at TriZetto. Keith later transitioned into the role of Lead Product Architect, guiding the move from on-prem hosting to Azure and redesigning apps to use PaaS services. Keith also collaborated with the architecture team to evaluate new technologies and establish patterns.

Keith Walton attended Sacramento City College but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
