Tom Galle is the current CEO and GM at TRIZETTO PROVIDER SOLUTIONS, LLC. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including previous positions as Vice President Service Centers Americas at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, and Senior Director Sales and Service Call Center at GMAC Insurance. In their current role, Tom is responsible for delivering customer experience through operations and transformation to leverage call center capability and implement CRM technology and NPS.
