David Roycraft

David Roycraft is an Operating Partner at TRM Equity, where they have focused on enhancing foundry operations and restoring management teams since February 2024. Previously, David held significant leadership roles, including General Manager for Grede Holdings LLC, where they managed operations across multiple foundries, and Casting Engineering Manager at Keihin IPT. David’s entrepreneurial spirit also led them to establish and successfully operate an RV dealership for seven years. They obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, graduating with honors.
