Brian Wilcox

Brian Wilcox currently serves as the Enterprise Security Lead at TRM Labs since June 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Director of Engineering, IT at Capsule from January 2020 to June 2022, where significant automation initiatives were implemented, enhancing enterprise technology functions as the organization expanded from 200 to nearly 2000 team members. Brian's prior experience includes roles as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Technology at Compass (October 2018 - December 2019), where oversight of enterprise technology across the Western United States was provided, and as Vice President of Technology at Paragon Real Estate Group (November 2013 - October 2018), where leadership over technical initiatives, infrastructure, and development of proprietary marketing tools was demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Technology at Hill & Co. Real Estate (July 2011 - November 2013) and Director of Technology at Pacific Union Real Estate (February 2002 - February 2010), where IT operations and support were managed, alongside foundational work as a Network Engineer.
