Mike Godbout

Mike Godbout has over four decades of experience in staffing and recruitment, currently serving as an Account Executive at The Reserves Network since February 2001. In this role, Mike specializes in connecting skilled candidates with clients in Connecticut to address project challenges and staffing needs. Prior to this, Mike held various positions, including Accounts Manager and Recruiting Supervisor at Advantage Resourcing, where responsibilities included contract staffing for technical roles. Mike's career began as a Mechanical Drafter, focusing on detailed and assembly drawings. Mike graduated from Vinal Regional Vocational Technical High School with a Mechanical/Machine Tool Drafting Certificate between 1978 and 1981.
