Chief Growth Officer at Troc Circle

Youmna Hobeiche has held several positions in the past few years. In 2019, they were the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Troc Circle, a pre-seed fintech startup. There, they developed the strategic go to marketing strategy, defined the milestones for growth, researched and defined target audience per vertical, defined the metrics for the brand positioning, took full ownership of the online presence, and started leads for pilots. Youmna also promoted Troc Circle as a game changer and innovative startup to the press and public communication.

In 2017, they were the General Manager at Aleph Boutique Hotel. Additionally, they were the Operations Manager at Aleph Boutique Hotel, where they led responsibly the hotel operations from human resources, housekeeping, security, front desk, and food service to day to day operations. Youmna also oversaw the renovation project of the hotel premises and the rooftop, developed and implemented a new sales strategy, enforced a new customer service standards and procedures, and carried out a customer survey to determine customer satisfaction.

In 2015, they were the Business Development Officer at Addmind Group. There, they performed several researches into market structures and dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Youmna also identified new business opportunities, definition and implementation of growth strategies, and optimization of corporate performances. Youmna developed food menus, performed menu engineering and food costing for existing outlets and new outlets, and performed P&L analysis for existing and new outlets. Her supervisor was Mr. Emile Razzouk.

Youmna Hobeiche's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the American University of Beirut from 2009 to 2013, a Master in Management of Food and Beverage from SDA Bocconi in 2014, a Culinary Essentials Diploma from Centre de formation Alain Ducasse in 2015, a Sommelier level 1 from Associazone Della Sommellerie Professionale Italiana in 2014, and a Life Science - Lebanese Baccalaureate from Antonine Sisters School from 1994 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in French Breads and Viennoiserie from Ferrandi in October 2016, Snacking Seminar Snacking Mix (2015) from Centre de Formation Alain Ducasse in May 2015, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in February 2021.
