Jay Gaikwad

Mr. Jay Gaikwad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Regional Manager-Operations & MIS at TROCKO since May 2020. In this role, Mr. Gaikwad is responsible for vendor management, cost control initiatives, and overseeing fleet management involving over 150 vehicles and more than 100 vendor documents. Mr. Gaikwad also leads a team for linehaul vehicle tracking and manages comprehensive GPS report data across India. Prior to this, Mr. Gaikwad worked as an Operations Executive at TruxApp Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to April 2018, focusing on daily MIS updates and vehicle deployment. Mr. Gaikwad holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Operation Management from Kalinga University, Raipur, and a Master of Arts from BAMUA.
