Richard Groleau

Richard Groleau is an accomplished Infrastructure and Tailing Project Director at Troilus Gold Corp. since July 2025 and has served as the President of Noansana Consulting Inc. since January 2010. With extensive experience as a Mining Construction Manager and Director, Richard has a proven track record in managing the construction of infrastructure, tailings dams, and full-scale plant developments across various gold mining projects in Canada and the United States. Previous roles include Project Director at Kinross Gold Corporation, VP of Projects at Horizonte Minerals Plc, and Construction Manager at Greenstone Gold Mines, Detour Gold Corporation, and Avanti Mining, among others. Richard is also a member of the Board of Directors at Sundance Mining LLC.
