Rebecca Mallaley has over 8 years of experience in the customer service and administrative fields. Rebecca started their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant at Champinord Inc. In 2016, they worked as an NSCC Benefits Plan Assistant at Gallivan: Student Health & Wellness. From 2017 to 2021, Rebecca worked at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange as a Client Engagement Lead and Client Engagement Specialist. Most recently, they have been a Frontline Support Specialist at Strike since 2021, where they welcomed new customers and educated them on bitcoin and the Lightning Network. Rebecca also drafted and updated procedures, FAQs, email templates, and other internal and external content according to changes in policies, regulations, and new feature releases.
