Tim Nixon has worked in the customer service industry since 1999. Tim began their career at Teleperformance as a Quality Manager and Account Manager. In 2003, they moved to ICT Group as an Operations Manager. In 2004, they became the Head of Operations for the UK at CCA International, with full P&L responsibility. In 2010, they began working at Online Payments as the Director of Operations, managing teams such as Customer Support, Fraud Prevention, Chargebacks, Banking Operations, and Dispute Resolutions. In 2015, they founded Trolley, a payouts platform for the internet economy, and served as its CEO. In 2019, they became an advisor to Holt Accelerator.
Tim Nixon completed a Bachelor in Business (Economics) from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2000, they obtained a Diploma in Business (Marketing) from Macleay College. In 2010, they were awarded a Six Sigma Green Belt + Lean/DFSS from Aveta Business Institute. In 2001, they were certified as an Internal Auditor - ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems from SAI Global.
