Renee Hensley

Renee Hensley serves as the Audit, Quality and Compliance Manager at Tromberg, Morris & Poulin, PLLC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Renee spent a decade at Ocwen Financial Corporation - US, where positions included Senior Manager in the Office of the Ombudsman, overseeing complaint resolution; Manager of Loan Modification Appeals, where department policies and procedures were implemented; and Regional Manager of REO Sales, managing a team focused on maximizing returns on real estate owned properties. Additional experience includes roles as Loan Resolution Manager and Loan Resolution Consultant, working to assist borrowers in default or foreclosure situations.
