Vijitha Hegna Thuve

Vijitha Hegna Thuve serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Arva AS since June 2024 and as the Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer at Troms Kraft since December 2023. Prior to these roles, Vijitha was the Sustainability Manager at SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset Nord-Norge from September to November 2023 and held various positions at SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge from August 2016 to September 2023, including Acting Group Chief Risk Officer and Head Of Group Risk Management, where responsibilities included managing the group's risk profile and internal governance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF between August 2014 and August 2016. Vijitha is pursuing an Executive Master of Management at BI Norwegian Business School, expected to conclude in June 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
