Jonathan Holden

Jonathan Holden is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and consulting services, primarily for large corporate and multi-national businesses. Since joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP in August 2006 as a Tax Principal, Jonathan Holden has specialized in areas including S corporations, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Jonathan Holden served as a Tax Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from February 1988 to August 2006, and as a Supervising Senior at Brock Schechter & Polakoff CPA from September 1981 to January 1988. Jonathan Holden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 1977 to 1981.
