Rose M. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rose began their career in 2003 as an intern at The Gillette Company, where they developed an inventory forecasting model. Later, they joined Time Warner as the VP of Supply Chain Management, Asia-Pacific & Latin America, where they crafted business strategies to improve supply chain processes. From 2008 to 2011, Rose worked at DHL/International Supply Chain as a Global Account Manager. Rose then moved on to International Flavors and Fragrances as the Director of Global Logistics in the Global Supply Chain department. Since 2013, Rose has been working at Tronox as the VP of Integrated Business Planning, responsible for aligning strategic plans with operational plans and creating business plans which enhance execution.

Rose M. obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2004. Rose has also earned additional certifications in various fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Financial Excellence, Leading Innovative Change, Leading Strategic Growth, Leadership, Global Leadership Training, and Business Communication Program.
