Claudia Rios

Claudia Rios is an experienced professional in customer experience and business management, currently serving as Senior Business Manager at MAKING OF since August 2020 and as Directora de Experiencia de Clientes at Tronwell since October 2018. Prior roles include Subgerente de Experiencia de Clientes and Subgerente de Clientes at Viajes Falabella, where significant contributions were made towards customer journey mapping, satisfaction measurement, and the establishment of the customer department. Additionally, Claudia has experience as Subgerente de Cuentas at Penta Analytics, overseeing key client relationships and leading a team of Key Account Managers, and served as Jefe de Ejecución at Soprole.
